After you have made the decision to buy your first home or move-up to your dream home, you deserve the services of an experienced, professional Realtor.
Professional Qualifications:
Licensed by the Department of Real Estate in the State of California since October 1980, I specialize in the sales and marketing of residential property, however I am equally experienced in transactions involving vacant land, build-to-suit, residential income (rental) properties and business opportunities.
In 2004, I became a member of The Sacramento Association of Realtors, Masters Club for achieving real estate sales in excess of $5,000,000. Over these past 25+ years, I have successfully assisted hundreds of home buyers and home sellers to realize their financial dreams.
In addition, my professional career experience includes working as a Loan Specialist for the U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Assistance for five years.
Areas Served:
Sacramento, Elk Grove, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, Natomas, Del Paso Heights, North Highlands, Antelope, Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Auburn and El Dorado Hills.
Services:
Honesty, integrity, constant communication, and reliable service are guaranteed! When negotiating on behalf of my clients, my goal is to deliver the most realistic price, favorable terms, with the least inconvenience to you, in the shortest time possible.
Real estate transactions have become much more complicated over the past few years due to all the new, required disclosures and numerous types of financing options available. My responsibilities include preparing all of the necessary agreements and disclosures to protect you and recommend any inspections and repairs that may be necessary during the escrow process.
We are currently experiencing a “buyer’s market” meaning there is a large inventory of property for sale and many sellers are willing to give concessions to sell their homes right now! I always recommend that buyers become pre-approved for mortgage financing, before searching for a home. Instead of wasting valuable time looking at homes you can’t afford, you will know exactly how much home you can afford and be in a position to make a decision, once we locate the perfect home for you.
After discussing your income, debts, credit and other relevant information, I will be able to assist you with the loan application process and explain the myriad of loan programs available including 100% financing, FHA, VA, CHAFA, Cal PERS and other Conventional loan programs to find the right loan for you.
If you need to sell a property before you can buy another home, the best and least expensive way to know what your property is worth is to request a Comparative Market Analysis, (“CMA”) from an experienced Realtor such as myself, who has sold homes in your area. This information includes a detailed report of the sales of similar properties, pending sales and homes currently for sale in the area. An estimate of the selling costs and net proceeds is also provided to help you to decide if marketing the property is worthwhile.
All consultations are free and without obligation. For additional information, including “My Listings” (properties I represent and previous sales), a link to the Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) website, a “Realty Dictionary” and a Nationwide Home Search tool, feel free to visit the other links on my web site.
